Do the apartments come with a washer and dryer?
All of our apartment homes feature in unit full-size washer and dryers!
Do you accept Section 8?
We do not participate in the Section 8 program at this time.
Are the additional monthly charges mandatory?
Yes, they are part of your lease agreement. We want your experience with us to be enjoyable as well as convenient. For Example: Valet Waste, Pest control, Amenities.
What are your leasing requirements?
Income: Applicants must provide verification showing an income of at least 3x the monthly rent. Acceptable documents include 2 most recent pay stubs, tax return, 6 months of bank statements, I-9, or financial aid/loan documentation.
Criminal background: No applicants with violent or sexual offenses, regardless of when they occurred. For theft, damage, drug, and weapon charges, no felonies within 10 years of sentence completion and no misdemeanors within 7 years of sentence completion are allowed.
Rental History: Second chance leasing is not accepted. No prior evictions or outstanding property debts are allowed. If your credit score is below 600, deposit requirements increase to one-two months’ worth of rent.
What school district are you zoned for?
Our community is in Tarrant County and is zoned for Tanglewood Elementary School, W.P McLean Middle School, and Paschal High School.
